Imagnify Innovations is committed to delivering high-quality automation systems. Because our services are inherently customized to each client's specific operational needs, our refund policies reflect the custom nature of our engineering work.
Custom automation work
Due to the bespoke nature of custom workflow engineering, API integration, and bot development, upfront development fees are generally non-refundable once engineering work has commenced. Specific milestone-based refund terms may be defined within individual client service agreements executed within our secure application portal.
Audit and consultation requests
Any fees paid strictly for initial technical audits or deep-dive strategic consultations are considered final and non-refundable once the audit report or consultation session has been delivered to the client.
Subscription or app payments
For ongoing software subscriptions or retainer agreements, cancellation and prorated refund policies (if applicable) are governed strictly by the terms agreed upon during checkout within the secure application portal.
Refund review process
We do not offer automatic or guaranteed refunds. If a client believes a refund is warranted due to a failure to deliver agreed-upon technical specifications, they must submit a formal request. Our engineering and management teams will review the request against the original project scope to determine eligibility.
Non-refundable work
Costs associated with third-party software licenses (e.g., WhatsApp API fees, CRM seats, Zapier limits) or historical data migration labor are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
App/backend separation
The public marketing website does not process payments, subscriptions, refunds, checkout sessions, payment verification, or webhooks. Payment and refund-related actions are handled in the separate app/backend layer.
